Building project support
PEEB provides technical assistance at the project level. Topics are the structuring and implementation of large-scale building constructions as well as renovation projects. They provide significant potentials for reducing GHG emissions and transforming the building and construction sector.
Technical assistance by PEEB is provided on a project by project basis, according to the context and a preliminary assessment of needs. Activities typically include:
- Preliminary and full energy audits
- Technical, legal and economic pre-feasibility and feasibility studies
- Advisory on feasibility studies including design documents
- Supervision during construction
- Advisory on broad implementation and scaling-up
